Abstract Newcastle disease virus (NDV) remains a constant threat to the poultry industry even with intensive vaccination programmes. In the present study, 40 samples were collected from farms showing high mortalities in some Egyptian governorates between 2016 and 2018. PLYMOUTH (CBS) – Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker said the state is expecting another summer with a high number of cases of Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE). Conclusions: This study demonstrates that the vaccination schedule should be reevaluated. Conclusions. The two peptides TVYHCSAVY and FLIDRINWI have showed a very strong binding affinity to MHC class I and MHC class II alleles. Furthermore, considering the conservancy, the affinity, and the population coverage, the peptide FLIDRINWIT is highly suitable to be utilized to formulate a new vaccine against glycoprotein G of Nipah henipavirus.
