Outcomes of Conventional Cardiac Surgery in Patients with Severely Reduced Ejection Fraction in the Modern Era.

CONCLUSIONS: Despite a high-risk profile, patients with reduced preoperative LVEF can undergo conventional cardiac surgery with acceptable outcomes.
