Results of the treatment of aorto-iliac aneurysms with iliac branched stentgrafts
The use of iliac branched stentgrafts (IBS) to treat AAAs extending to the common iliac arteries (CIA) or isolated CIA aneurysms makes it possible to preserve the patency of the internal iliac arteries (IIA) and to reduce the risk of postoperative colic or pelvic ischemia and of buttock claudication. We evaluated the immediate and midterm results of BIS in two university centers of vascular surgery.
