Strategies of management of proximal type 1 endoleaks after EVAR: Experience of a high volume center

AAA ruptures after EVAR are mostly due to proximal Ia endoleaks. The aim of this study was to compare two surgical techniques for the management of these ruptures: surgical conversion (explantation) and implantation of a custom made fenestrated stentgraft.
