Short-term preliminary results of EVAR with juxtarenal anchoring to treat AAAs with a short proximal neck

EVAR with a short proximal neck generally requires a fenestrated custom made stentgraft or the techniques of chimney. A system to anchor a standard stentgraft just underneath the renal arteries could be an alternative solution. The aim of this study was to evaluate the technical feasibility and the short-term results of the association aortic stentgraft (Endurant, Medtronic) and Aptus in high surgical risk patients presenting with a short proximal neck.
