Does the natural anatomical evolution of the type B intramural hematomas allow identifying the patients at risk of aneurysmal progression?

Little is known about the natural history of type B intramural hematomas. Aneurysmal progression or evolution towards an aortic dissection is not rare. The study of the natural anatomical evolution could contribute to identify the patients at risk of unfavorable evolution.
