Double fenestrated stentgrafts modified by the surgeon for totally endovascular repair of the aortic arch
The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate the results of double fenestrated stentgrafts modified by the surgeon for the totally endovascular repair of the aortic arch, with one large proximal fenestration for the brachio-cephalic arterial trunk (BCAT) and the left common carotid artery (LCC) and a left distal fenestration for the left subclavian artery (LSCA).
