NAFPD is a relatively new disease entity, as the clinical significance of fatty infiltration of pancreas has gained attention recently. Clinical consequences of NAFPD remain largely unknown despite clinical associations. In this study, after two months HFD feeding, C57BL/6J male mice were randomly divided into HFD group and various MDG-1 dose group.
