CONCLUSIONS: RDN reduced the incidence of PVC, inhibited prolongation of the QTc interval, and reduced VA in the early period following an AMI. We describe a patient with symptomatic premature ventricular contractions of left‐ventricular outflow tract origin presenting with a variation of QRS morphology during ablation. The correlation between the chara cteristics of local voltage potentials and the real origin site of the ventricular arrhythmia is discussed.

ConclusionsAll MVT cases were successfully treated by catheter ablation. We observed high ventricular arrhythmia free rate following catheter ablation during the long-term follow-up period. BrS patients who developed MVT should consider catheter ablation.
