Cesarean section scar defect is currently a more frequently detected problem due to increased rate of cesarean section deliveries worldwide. Cesarean scare defect may be presented by: Postmenstrual uterine bleeding, chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea and or dysparunia.
