[Effect of mindfulness meditation training on anxiety, depression and sleep quality in perimenopausal women].

CONCLUSIONS: Mindfulness meditation training can effectively alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve the quality of sleep in perimenopausal women, and the frequency of the exercise is positively correlated with the improvements.
