Early delivery in fetal gastroschisis: a randomized controlled trial of elective 34-week delivery vs routine obstetrical care.
CONCLUSION: This study demonstrates no benefit of elective late preterm delivery of fetuses with gastroschisis when postnatal gastroschisis management is similar to that used in routine care.
