Heart-lung transplantation with concomitant Aortic arch reconstruction for Eisenmenger syndrome and type B interrupted aortic arch

Heart-lung transplantation (HLT) is the definitive therapy for patients with end-stage cardiopulmonary failure.1 –3 Patients with congenital heart disease, however, may require complex aortic reconstruction at the time of transplant, introducing significant challenges.
