[Comparison of the NINDS-AIREN and VASCOG criteria for the diagnosis of major vascular cognitive impairment in a memory clinic].

CONCLUSIONS: NINDS-AIREN and VASCOG criteria have a high consistence level for major vascular cognitive impairment diagnosis, with a moderate concordance level in clinical criteria, to different assessed domains. Depending on criteria used, diagnosis prevalence changes, being higher with VASCOG criteria. PMID: 31497867 [PubMed - in process]
