Cornusglucosides A and B, two new iridoid glucosides from the fruit of Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. Chem Biodivers. 2019 Sep 05;: Authors: Zhang WK, He J, Xu Y, Xu JK, Ye XS, Zhang XX Abstract Phytochemical investigation of the fruit of Cornus officinalis led to the isolation and characterization of two new iridoid glucosides, named cornusglucoside A (1) and cornusglucoside B (2). Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods (UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR) and chemical evidence, as well as by comparison with known analogues in the literature. Additionally, their abilities to inhibit the activation of IL-6-induced STAT3 in HepG2 cells were assessed. PMID: 31487435 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
