ConclusionsHematologic malignancies of the larynx are rare but treatable. Biopsy is the mainstay of diagnosis, and imaging may be helpful to exclude diseases with a similar physical presentation (i.e., laryngocele). Prognosis depends on diagnosis but is generally favorable.
