A Metabolomic Study of Biomarkers of Habitual Coffee Intake in Four European Countries

ConclusionSeveral biomarkers of habitual coffee intake were identified. No unique biomarker was found to be optimal for all tested populations. Instead, optimal biomarkers were shown to depend on the population and on the type of coffee consumed.
