480 Role of Kruppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma

We examined the expression of KLF4 in normal skin and SCC tissues. KLF4 expression was detected in epidermis of normal skin but rarely detected in SCC tissues.
