EPA Proposes Changes That Would Rescind Regulations On Methane, Other Toxins

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Aug. 29 proposed amendments to New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for the oil and natural gas industry that would rescind regulations on emissions of methane, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and greenhouse gases.
