Pars plana vitrectomy combined with irido-zonulo-hyaloidectomy for aqueous misdirection.
CONCLUSION: In persistent cases of aqueous misdirection unresponsive to medical management, irido-zonulo-hyaloidectomy is a useful adjunct to pars plana vitrectomy in ensuring resolution of the misdirection.
