Everyone of them (and there will be many of them) will have ordered an MRI scan, first to rule out significant intracranial bleeding, and secondly, even if negative in this respect, to provide the patients with a diagnosis. But which is the difference in the treatment of an MRI-positive or an MRI-negative negative TBI?
