ConclusionIn conclusion, time to entering CR is a predictor factor of OS and DFS for patients with newly diagnosed AML who achieve CR after first induction chemotherapy. Patients achieving CR only after a lengthy time, eg. more than 29 days, should be considered to have high relapse rate and should undergo alloHSCT.
