Systemic and Local Increase of Granulysin Expression in Cytotoxic Lymphocytes in Severe Psoriasis.

In conclusion, granulysin+ cytotoxic cells are upregulated in blood and lesions of patients with psoriasis suggesting the involvement of granulysin mediated cytotoxicity in psoriasis pathogenesis.
