Endovascular Repair of Ruptured Ascending Aorta Secondary to Embolized Transcatheter Aortic Valve

We present a case of a late ascending aortic pseudoaneurysm with rupture secondary to erosion by an embolized transcatheter aortic valve occurring six years after implantation, which was successfully treated with a commercially available, off-the-shelf aortic endograft.
