Quasi-adiabatic decay of vortex motion on the water surface

It is shown that after the pumping is switched off, the relaxation process begins from the large wave vectors k and occurs in the quasi-adiabatic mode: the Kolmogorov energy distribution proportional to k−5/3 is maintained for a long time due to the nonlinear interaction of vortices.
