Alexithymia and Alcohol Dependence: The Roles of Negative Mood and Alcohol Craving.

Conclusions/importance: Alexithymia worked through negative mood and alcohol craving leading to increased alcohol dependence severity, indicating that craving had an indirect effect on the relationship between alexithymia and alcohol dependence severity.
