Abstract
The prognosis of extramammary Paget disease (EMPD) is favourable if tumour cells are localised to the epidermis1 . However, patients with dermal and lymphatic invasion are at risk of metastasis, which is associated with poorer prognosis as no effective systemic therapy has been established2-4 . Patients with advanced EMPD present with characteristic metastatic patterns, such as underpants-distribution erythema and severe lymphoedema of the lower extremities resulting from lymphatic obstruction.
