High frequency ultrasound in cutaneous lymphomas

Introduction: High frequency ultrasound is becoming a common tool in dermatology ´s office. Several studies support this technique for demarking surgical edges before removal nonmelanoma skin cancer, classifying basal cell carcinomas in high risk vs low risk, and showing infiltrative components after incisional biopsy of superficial basal cell carcinomas. Only few studies descr ibe the sonographic findings of skin lymphomas and its applications in the clinical practice. We expose ultrasound features of patients with skin lymphoma.
