Glycopyrronium cloth improves axillary hyperhidrosis across a broad spectrum of patients: Post hoc analyses of the ATMOS-1 and ATMOS-2 phase 3 randomized controlled trials in patient subpopulations

Introduction: Glycopyrronium tosylate (GT) is a topical anticholinergic approved in the US for primary axillary hyperhidrosis in patients ≥9 years (glycopyrronium cloth, 2.4%). The efficacy and safety of GT were established in two double-blind, vehicle (VEH)-controlled Phase 3 trials (NCT02530281; NCT02530294). To evaluate the potential impact of patient characteristics, we analyzed GT efficacy in patient subpopulations, including g ender, location of areas affected by hyperhidrosis, race and age across multiple outcomes.
