Henoch-Sch önlein purpura (IgA vasculitis) in an adult following hepatitis A and B vaccinations

Background: Henoch-Sch önlein purpura (HSP), an IgA vasculitis, most commonly occurs in children. The IgA immune complex deposition is commonly triggered by infection but also has been seen following vaccination. In 2018, Louisville, Kentucky had an outbreak of hepatitis A with over 950 reported cases and 6 deaths. Vacci nation was strongly encouraged and available to the community as a response to the outbreak.
