Stem cell therapy along with the implementation of scaffolds has provided excellent opportunities in the regeneration of teeth structure. Hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogels have enticed great attention in the field of regenerative medicine. The unique chemical and structural properties of HA and its derivatives have enabled their application in tissue engineering. Several factors such as the location and type of the lesion, teeth age, the type of capping materials determine the success rate of pulp therapy.
