CONCLUSION: In peritoneal dialysis patients, spironolactone did not attenuate the progression of CC. However, large-scale studies are needed to confirm this observation. ConclusionsAdiponectin had no role in the development of gastropathy. Patients with gastropathy had a significant increase in the serum level of cholesterol and triglyceride.
