CONCLUSION: In eyes with choroidal nevus and SRF, there is a longitudinal evolution in photoreceptor morphology from normal to shaggy to retracted then absent with increasing SRF chronicity. We present a 48-year-old woman affected by metastatic uveal melanoma treated with nivolumab (3 mg/kg every 2 weeks). This article presents the case of a 68-year-old female patient who reported bilateral progressive visual loss over 4 weeks.
