BelyaevAbstractIn this article are compared the physico-mechanical properties of the specimens surfaces with deposited carbon nanostructured coatings by using PVD methods (vacuum laser assisted deposition and the plasma ion-assisted deposition methods and finely dispersed and colloidal solutions deposition) on polyurethane substrate. Laser assisted deposition occurred using two laser systems: continuous wave and pulsed laser action. The surface properties of the base substrate and the carbon coatings which were deposited on the polyurethane by using different methods have been investigated. The studies of the microstructure, topology, coatings thickness, roughness and the contact wetting angle were carried out by using the scanning electron, atomic force and optical microscopies.
