Core-Muscle Training and Neuromuscular Control of Lower Limb and Trunk.
CONCLUSIONS: A consecutive 8-week core-muscle-training program improved lower limb and trunk biomechanics. These altered biomechanical patterns could be favorable to preventing sport-related injuries.
