Evaluation of Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Prone Versus Nonprone Body Positioning With Polysomnography in Infants With Robin Sequence.

CONCLUSIONS: Prone positioning may benefit some infants with RS. However, even those with significant improvement in obstructive sleep apnea did not completely resolve their obstruction.
