Congenital absence of the left atrial appendage

A 42-year-old man with no prior history of cardiovascular disease underwent coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) for evaluation of chest pain and dyspnea. Electrocardiography showed sinus bradycardia without any ischemic changes. CCTA demonstrated non-obstructive coronary artery disease.
