ConclusionsOpportunistic screening for atrial fibrillation in the pharmacies is feasible and allows to identify a number of subjects with silent, non-previously diagnosed AF, therefore is potentially useful in large-scale projects aimed at the prevention of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.
