Suicidal Ideation in Elite Schools: A Test of the Interpersonal Theory and the Escape Theory of Suicide.

CONCLUSIONS: The findings suggest that combining the interpersonal and escape theories of suicide could help better explain the emergence of suicidal ideation among college students.
