Regenerative Evaluation of Immature Roots using PRF and Artificial Scaffolds in Necrotic Permanent Teeth: A Clinical Study.

CONCLUSION: Revascularization procedure is more effective and conservative over apexification in the management of necrotic immature permanent teeth.
