Bedside Handoff Between the Peri-Anesthesia Care Unit and Medical-Surgical Unit

This evidenced-based practice (EBP) project was instituted after noting many rapid response activations (RRT ’s) on the medical-surgical unit in a community hospital in the greater Boston area.
