Normal-But-Low Serum Folate Levels and the Risks for Cognitive Impairment.

CONCLUSION: Normal-but-low serum folate levels were associated with the risk of cognitive disorders in the elderly population, and a decline to normal-but-low serum folate levels was associated with incident dementia.
