ConclusionsExtra-pelvic endometriosis, traditionally thought to be rare, have been reported in a considerable number of cases. Heightened awareness and clinical suspicion of the disease, and multi-disciplinary approach is recommended to achieve prompt diagnosis and optimize patient outcomes.
