Development of muscle contractures and spasticity during subacute rehabilitation after severe acquired brain injury: a prospective cohort study.

Conclusion: Patients with severe ABI show reduced mobility and increased passive stiffness despite less spasticity in the ankle joint compared to healthy controls.
