The Risk of Major Bleeding in Patients with Suspected Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia (HIT).
CONCLUSIONS: Among patients with suspected HIT, major bleeding was common regardless of HIT status. Contrary to our hypothesis, HIT+ patients were not protected from major bleeding.
