Effect of Autotransfusion Using Intraoperative Predonated Autologous Blood on Coagulopathy during Thoracic Aortic Surgery: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

CONCLUSIONS: Intraoperative predonated autotransfusion significantly improved coagulopathy, with reduced allogeneic blood transfusion volume during thoracic aortic surgery.
