In conclusion, the small number of eligible studies and the variety of pelvic floor outcomes reported limited formation of conclusive prevalence of pelvic floor disorders in the fibromyalgia population. From the small number of studied patients, there may be a higher prevalence of gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and gynaecological concerns in women with fibromyalgia.
