LaghiAbstractTuberculosis (TB) is a secular disease caused by a bacillus, highly prevalent in Brazil. The genito-urinary tract involvement is rare, with the epididymis the most affected location. Treatment usually involves the combination of 3–4 drugs for TB for 6 months and surgery can be useful in complications.
