Germination of Germinoma Treatment

A 21-year-old man presented to the hospital after a syncopal episode. The head computed tomography scan demonstrated obstructive hydrocephalus associated with a suprasellar 5.1-cm mass. Owing to the constellation of imaging and clinical manifestations (Cushing's triad), emergent operative decompression was performed, revealing suprasellar germinoma on pathologic examination.
