A forensic psychiatrist is a doctor so you would need to study medicine first. For medical school, you would ideally need biology, chemistry, and another subject. More info here:

You can also look into medical foundation degrees which may accept your current A levels.
Forensic psychology is a different field entirely and I'm not really sure what the training is for that, but I imagine your current A levels would be fine.
